What is included in the investment?

The price per registration is $2850. 50% is due to save your spot. And 50% is due on May 1st to ensure your spot. After registration you will receive a welcome email and packet and will be assigned to your own mentorship cohort/group. The total investment includes dinner the first night + breakfast, lunch + dinner and snacks on day 2 and 3 and a full breakfast on day 4 as well as a 3 night stay on September 25-28. The workshop will take place in the beautiful Conestoga Ranch Glamping Resort which has gorgeous hiking trails and amenities: http://conestogaranch.com/. You will receive mentorship sessions on day 2-4 and 1-1 sessions with many interactive, hands on experiences to enhance your artistry, skills and portfolio.  We will give you a full itinerary prior to your arrival. We also offer community group membership + mentorship post workshop via Facebook and social media platforms. After the workshop, we will have mentor followup with accountability meetings via phone call and Skype to see your growth and progress post workshop. Airfare to the workshop location is not included in the investment BUT transport is included in overall investment. We will need your flight arrival time and location to coordinate transport to the venue.


What will transportation Be arranged?

Conestoga Ranch Glamping Resort is 2.5 hours from Salt Lake City Airport. For more details read here. We suggest that once registered and confirmed of your registration, that you book a flight before 10-11 am on September 25th to SLC, Salt Lake City Airport to arrive by 3 pm at the resort for check in (please see itinerary when sent). Airfare to the workshop location is not included in the investment BUT transport is included in overall investment. We will need your flight arrival time and location to coordinate transport to the venue. Transportation will be reserved with All Resort Group. 


Is airfare and stay to airport included?

Stay will be included in the investment for September 25, 26, 27, and 28 – 3 nights and 4 days. Airfare will not be included in the investment price.


What do I need to bring?

Bring a cheerful spirit, eagerness and enthusiasm to learn! We will provide special, personalized materials which will be tools for your self discovery journey. We also suggest you bringing anything you’d like to document the trip on - cameras and ipads are welcome! We also suggest bringing your own phone charger for phone needs and laptop/computer/ipad for presenting your portfolio. We will provide you homework to prepare you and maximize the experience and self discovery journey.


Is wifi include at the workshop location?

Yes, wi-fi is available onsite at the resort.


What is the weather like?

Weather is predicted to be high 70s to low 40s. Feel free to bring and pack for clothing for hiking, the outdoors and layers! We will be outdoors during part of the experiences so bring plenty of layers and warm clothing just in case! We will also provide snacks, water and bug spray for you as well!


I have food allergies and special food needs - how do I notify you?

Feel free to email us your food allergies and special needs after your first registration email is sent (which we will ask you questions regarding this). We will have special meals for you arranged.

We will provide a private Facebook group before and after the workshop to create a community for you to start connecting with and mentorship followup post workshop.

How are mentorship sessions like?

We will have structured mentorship sessions on Day 2, 3 and 4 pertaining to the topics for self discovery as a creative. We will review portfolios on Day 4 and we will be asking for your work prior to the workshop with preparation. Please bring a laptop for your portfolio presentation as well. We will send you information that will help you prepare for all your mentorship sessions as well.


Can I use any images I capture for social media?

Of course! You can post any photo on any of the social platforms available with hashtag #UEpowerfulpivot and @UtterlyEngaged! We love to see what you capture as artists and documenting the experiences of the workshop helps us see the wonderful moments behind the scenes! We will provide a list of all artists, vendors and creatives involved so you can properly credit work as needed. We will also let you know when you can post images you capture.
